casueps
I have Mandrake LE2005 in some computers and I don't want to install a newer version since everything is working properly. But now that there are no more updates for that version I still want to use urpmi to upgrade some packages to the newest version possible for LE2005, i.e., the last updates that Mandriva published. I thought that packages would be the ones left in the "updates" directory in the FTP mirrors, but that directories are now empty. What can I do? Mhn
ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/Linux/distribution...s/LE2005/README I don't know where that is tough... Edit: Use easyurpmi to set up the repositories, there you have updates too, link at the top of this page.... tyme
It's possible your mirror deleted it. Check some other mirrors, as Mhn suggests, as not all clean things up as thoroughly as yours apparently does ;) (Oh, and welcome to the board!) ianw1974
Updates stopped being released in about April/May of this year if I remember correctly. Of course, they should have still existed on the mirrors, but you won't get any new updates after April/May of this year.
