I have successfully installed version 8.2 and it has found all my hardware, printers, etc. EXCEPT for my lucent win modem. HardDrake lists it but then can't "find it" when it goes to try and dial up. I am anxious to try all the internet applications but the modem just won't pick up. Once again it's a Lucent WinModem on COM 3. Any suggestions? Thanks. Sincerely, a new (hope to be long-time) user.
