These are modems have the bare minimum of hardware, and rely on software drivers to work. Support for these in Linux is getting gradually better. Guest wim Posted February 26, 2003 Report Share Posted February 26, 2003 The modem is a Creative Modem Blaster USB ( Conexant Systems). I loaded the acm module via modprobe and I see it with lsmod but it gets the notion unused. So far I was unable to find a driver for it. Hope this helps..; And thanks again.
