How do you make one user autologin?

If from mcc>Boot>Boot Config, you chose to start the graphical environment at boot and chose a user and a desktop, then check mcc>System>Services and see if dm (display manager) is set to run at boot. If not (probably not) set it to run at boot. You could also manually edit the files;

/etc/sysconfig/desktop

/etc/sysconfig/autologin

and do

chkconfig dm on

and reboot
