My scanner works fine on only one of my six usb ports on my nvidia nforce(1) asus a7n266vm motherboards. On any of the five other ports, the system hangs at boot time around the mounting devfs part. If i hotplug it instantly freezes and there is 0 log output in any of the logs. I am really lost as to why this happens, especially since in wondows it works on any of the six ports.
