However, Gimpshop ( a quick+dirty Gimp UI hack) does look quite alike Photoshop. Mandriva RPM's for Gimpshop available at the (free) mandivaclub.nl repo. For SVG graphics, Inkscape is the best you can hit out there (there's also the Gnome based SodiPodi, which is an abandoned project).
