fahd
I tried to install kde 3.5.1 from thac (ftp://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/thac/2006.0/RPMS/kde-3.5.1), but I do not know where is the dependency list file which belongs to that package. I always get an error message of missing libs whenever I try to update to kde 3.5.1 from kde 3.4.2. Thanks the help in advance. Fahd (Mandrivalinux fan). scarecrow
As thac is stating, his RPM's depend on contrib/plf stuff, so you MUST have these repos set before attempting upgrade to kde 3.5.1. And that upgrade (which also requires an xorg upgrade) is best done from CLI, with no xserver running.
