ferao Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 Hi guys, I again want to thank you all for the help I could have from you and from reading other posts in this forums. Now I have direct rendering enabled with memory set to Sideport+UMA, so I got what I was searching for. I don't know exactly what was bad before (Maybe I messed up things in my xorg.conf ), I simply did a complete reinstall, installed the packages suggested by cymbaloum, and stuff worked. There is again a little strange thing, but I think I will ask it in a new thread, as it is probably not related with ati radeon stuff.
