theYinYeti Posted August 26, 2005 Report Share Posted August 26, 2005 That's what I would have advised in the past... but I'm really disappointed in Mandriva after what happened to me: I looked for a CERTIFIED WiFi USB device in the Mandriva database, and found the D-Link G122. I bought it, and it is still not working :( I manage to make it work for 5 minutes before driver freeze, but whatever I achieved, MandrivaLinux did not help in any way. Yves. Guest ottothecow Posted October 14, 2005 Report Share Posted October 14, 2005 My thinkpad T23 works perfectly with a dell truemobile card since it is just a repackaged Orinoco Gold (which works fine pretty much anywhere). Look around online and find out what is INSIDE most cards.
