Mandriva uses urpmi to install software (read the faqs on this board). A repository that has the latest firefox build is mcnl (see the tipas and tricks forum for a link).

Flashget: try wget or kget (a frontend for wget included in KDE (start, internet, file transfer, kget)

Hi the problem is, i am on dial-up ...applications are a pain to download through these updates, i had so many problems with yum and apt with FC, thats why i rather download rpms, makes it easier....

Can i please get a link for the latest firefox...in .rpm, cause i do not know what to do with .src.rpm files yet.
