[root@localhost root]# instead of Yhis it should be This? does anyone else see this?? so how do i successfully update the urpmi repository?? thanks, rohit. ianw1974
It's unlikely to be the man page thats causing the prob, this is only documentation. It could be that if you've tried to update the CD's, and the CD's aren't in the drive, then it could throw an error when looking for and not finding. Easy enough to rule out, I usually use the Software Media Manager, click Update, and then select all sources, except CD based media, which means you'll only update your internet based easyurpmi sources. As the CD's don't change, you don't need to update these sources. Hope that helps.
devries
the entry to update is missing It's: urpmi.update -a (to update all repositories) or urpmi.update <name of media. for example main>
