photoworks Posted May 30, 2005 Report Share Posted May 30, 2005 i installed mandriva 2005 le a few weeks ago and like the previous version, i was not able to connect to the internet with my wireless network card. on saturday afternoon, there was update packages availables (one of them was kwifi, or something). I downloaded them, installed them and did not think about them anymore. On saturday night (aproximately 2 am) i logged on my session and i had a very nice surprise when i realised that my wireless was working. I am very well please though i don't understand why it is working now and not before. I guess this is because of the updates that i installed that day. I am very pleased.
