My login Manager, help!!! cannot install

I downloaded My Login manager on kde-look.org

 

but when i want to install it on my mandrake 10.1, it fails.

 

i type ./configure

 

and here what it tells me :

based on the logs, it appears that you dont have any compiler installed, and since you want to compile from source, you should have one installed in your box, one of those commented with "no " try to install gcc - A gnu compliler collection

try #urmpi gcc-
