On running apachectl debug i spotted the error:- /usr/sbin/apachectl: line 450 7719 Segmentation fault (core dumped) $HTTPD $HTTPDCONF $DEBUG_ARGS -c "Pidfile /tmp/httpd-debug.pid" -c "LogLevel debug" -c "ErrorLog /dev/stdout" -c "CustomLog /dev/stdout common" $DEFINE $APACHEXMODS $APACHEREGMODS any ideas?
