Caller Line Identification

:wall: When trying to connect to TISCALI, I get the message, something like . . .

Connection has died, Error Code 16, etc. . .

I think it's something to do with CLI (Caller Line Identification), which means adding 1470 before the dial-up number; since, if I connect using the Tiscali Pay-As-You-Go number (which doesn't need 1470), it connects straightaway, no problem !

How do I get round this ? Should the 1470 be added in a separate menu or box ?
