Guest cymbelstern Posted December 7, 2004 Report Share Posted December 7, 2004 When trying to connect to TISCALI, I get the message, something like . . . Connection has died, Error Code 16, etc. . . I think it's something to do with CLI (Caller Line Identification), which means adding 1470 before the dial-up number; since, if I connect using the Tiscali Pay-As-You-Go number (which doesn't need 1470), it connects straightaway, no problem !
