When I try to get software updates I get the following error msg: Retreiving failed: curl failed: exited with 9 or Sig 0 Retrieval of source hdlist failed No hdlist found for medium 'update_source' Problem reading synthesis file of medium 'update_source' Help!! I am not sure if it is a Mandrake prob or a IPCOP/firewall prob. I would like to be able to update my system. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
devries Posted September 25, 2004 Report Share Posted September 25, 2004 Well only one way to find out. Shut down your firewall and try again. Or try a different mirror. (Remove the 'update' entry from MCC/Software/Management list (might be a different name, translating from Dutch) and choose 'update' from /MCC/Software/) Good luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
