ab2ms
I just did a fresh install of 9.0 saving my /home but creating a new login. I am trying to figure out where my old konq bookmarks are so I can retrieve them. Anyone know where they should be saved?
Ixthusdan
They shuold be in your /home directory, under a hidden folder, /.kde/share/apps/konquerer/bookmarks or something like that. Mine usually automatically come up after launching konquerer. I always do a fresh install preserving my /home directory, at least since 8.0. Ixthusdan
I'm sorry, I missed the new login part. That's why you don't see them. I always use identical user info in order to use the same /home folder. SU will have to move that existing folder from your old /home into your new /home folder. ab2ms
GOT 'EM! thanks for the help, I was looking around in .kde, but they were eluding me at first. I had a few things go strange on me so I made a new login to keep from using old config files. I kept the original login directory to transfer stuff I need. all in all 9.0 is lokin' good!
