Windependent
I'm giving Suse 9.1 a test run, and I've found that KDE 3.2.1 likes to put Sunday at the end of the week instead of at the beginning. Can you configure KDE to use the USA convention of putting Sunday at the beginning of the week in the calendar display, instead of using the European convention of putting Sunday at the end of the week? TIA!
Steve Scrimpshire
In korganizer, it is Settings->Configure Date & Time After changing the locale, you will have to restart korganizer to see the changes take effect.

phunni
That's interesting. Having lived (almost) all my life in Europe I never realsied it was considered convention to put Sunday at the end of the week. I'v e always thought of Sunday as the first day in the week. Well - you learn something new...
Steve Scrimpshire
In my French class in high school, we were taught that calenders in France use Monday as the first day of the week. Don't know about the rest of Europe or if that is still correct.
devries
Yes monday is the first day of the week (at least in Holland it is). Sunday is the day of rest. How can you rest in the beginning of the week? You rest after having worked hard all week :).
