Sherpa Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 is there a way to add a logout button and a lock screen button to the taskbar if so, how? and is there also a way to make a shortcut key that will lock the screen, i remember in XP i made a shortcut to lock the screen by pressing a "F" function key can this be done? My father cant seem to figure out how to shut down Linux and every time I boot up I get that unclean shut down message thing. Is there anyway an icon can be made to shut down the computer?
