I am unsuccessful with that and also usbnet as someone else suggested. I am now trying MDK 10 Official. Any help will be greatly appreciated!! santanoo Posted June 1, 2004 Author Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 Hi everybody! Here is an update. I installed 2.4.25 kernel and it worked without problem. And then I tried with 2.6 kernel and with some twiking made it to work. But the problem is if i reboot all is lost and it wouldn't even boot (stops at checking new hardware stage) if the USB modem is connected. And I have to manually reconfigure after it is booted into 2.6 kernel. I tried to add things to modprobe.preload and modprobe.conf but without success.
