Lord Kenneth
Who else loves this e-mail client? Best I've ever used.
fearby
Its great - just fish it was easy to tranfer mails and calendars across from outlook without a three stage process.
sttroopers
Yep. It's by far my favorite too.
linXbox4you
I'm actually using the 1.5.5 version I got through red carpet. If you like the current version, you'll love the new version when it is released. It filters spam automagically using spamassin. You can do that with the current version too, but you have to configure it yourself. I can't wait until the new version is final.
Riptide614
Yesterday I noticed that periodically while I was writing a medium-length e-mail message, Evolution would freeze for a few seconds and my typing would stop appearing on the screen. This, to my knowledge, shouldn't be happening. Evolution is multi-threaded, correct? I'm assuming the 'pause' is attributed to my mail client checking my pop3 mail in the background or something? Anyone else notice this? It's very, very annoying when writing a long e-mail response.
Leo
Evolution is fantastic, but I also have issues with it freezing and occasionally crashing completely. Don't know what causes it.
energymedia
I use it all the time and love it. It is the email client I set up for all of my converts from Windows as it is closest to Outlook. You can also purchase the exchange plugin to allow native exchange use.
