chef_kunal
any comments about this? Amida Simputer Linux PDA
sitor
Looks nice. Prices are not really low though (in my opinion). I couldn't find anything on synchronisation with PC software (especially for the calendar and e-mail this is quite important for most people). But of course, it is very interesting to see a Linux only development in a big market as India. Ciao, Sitor
ramfree17
DISCLAIMER: i have not read everything on the site. why does have the doodling be only viewable using their own viewer? why cant it be converted to a more common image format (jpg, png, etc.) so almost anybody can appreciate it. looks good to a certain extent but to me it needs some more polishing. for that price range, i think i would go for a zaurus. ciao! aRTee
On the tour: Amida works well with a range of devices - PCs (Windows & Linux), Printers, Digital Cameras, Finger Print Scanners etc., making data transfer easy. with a link to: http://www.amidasimputer.com/connectivity For 480$, 16bit colour, not really cheap... might also go for a zaurus...
