phunni
I'd like to be able to record reaplayer streams on a timed basis - basically like setting my VCR to record from my TV at a certain time. I have seen RealRekord, but it doesn't look like it's quite up to the job yet. Does anyone know of any other options?

bobaloo
I haven't tried to figure out how to do the timed recording thing, but I just use audigy to record the sound card output while the stream is playing. Had to really turn down the PCM output to get a quality recording without overdriving it, but it worked fine. Used to use a windows program called Streamripper running under VMware, it works great, you can record multiple streams at the same time. With a DSL line I could record 8 or 10 different streams at once. It's no longer officially avialable, but easily found on the net.
phunni
Why didn't I think of that - audigy seems like a good idea. Now - I just need to figure out how to time the recording...
