raysr
I installed 1.4.2_04 and that stopped Mozilla 1.6 from launching. I removed it and Mozilla launched. So I installed the packed version of java in MDK 9.2 (1.4.2_01) and Mozilla crashes on every java site. So what is the recommend java for Mozilla 1.6? Also I downloaded 1.3.1_11 because the earlier versions tend to work best in Opera but I couldn't get MDK to recognize it as a file or directory.. It was an rpm.bin and I was installing per "Dolson's Tutorial" but MDK couldn't see it. ?
raysr
So, 1 4 2 04 wouldn't let Mozilla start. So I installed 1 4 2 03 and it starts but crashes on every java site. WTF?
raysr
I have java installed in Mozilla 1.6 finally. Solved the start issues by swithching 1.4.2.03 from 04 although there may have been something else going on causing that. Now java just won't work. Mozilla shows it, Netscape detector sees it but it won't work on any site. PLEASE, any ideas? Enabled checked.
