aze Posted January 24, 2004 Report Share Posted January 24, 2004 (edited) Hi folks I was copy some files [ total of ~350Mb ] from my pc [mandrake 9.2] to my brother's pc [windows xp] It started copying files and at half of proccess it showed the message: HALTED. what that means? kfoss Posted January 25, 2004 Report Share Posted January 25, 2004 I have a similar problem a long time ago. On my Linux box I was using the onboard SIS900 Lan port. However, from the explanation I got, the driver for this card is not the best and I was getting so many errors. I could hook up another machine and get great connections.
