Pierre
Anybody got DC++ to work with Wine? Have searched Google and found some advice but the program still does not work 100%. When I try to change something in the "Settings" menu nothing sticks. The search and download works, but the download area only shows an icon, no user name, progress or other info. Using MDK 9.2 and Wine 20031118. Any help will be appreciated
Michel
Hey, can't help immediatley with Wine. So, it's not really an answer to your querstion, but saw on the DC++-website that the source is available...couldn't you compile it on linux? Running it natively is AFAIK better. Don't know .. but maybe worth trying? Automake or something makes the necessary files for compiling .. but easier would be loading the code in a IDE like kdevelop or so into a project and press the make-button ... Don't know if the code is portable though ...

Guest gichehoo
Hi, that link for DC++ for linux requires a user name and password to connect to the site. Any idea what it is? Thanks
