When I register a web page with a picture (*pgn.html) on my desktop with Konqueror, the picture is not there when I open the file off line. How can I register the complete page with Konqueror ? Thanks

Now with KsCd all seems OK the counter is moving when the CD reading starts the only problem I hear Nothing the loudspeakers are in and provide me with the sart sound when KDE is opening on my PC so What ? My PC is probably younger than my MDK9.1 version

I have no alarm whatsoever just when I want to open the ZIP it takes two minutes before I can read the data or use my PC everything being blocked in the meantime

I suppressed rpmdrake which could no longer display the list of the installed packages then I started an updating from the install CD's but after the data base reconstitution I found out that rpmdrake had not been reinstalled what is the best procedure to fix a problem like that ? (I am a newcomer to MDK 9.1 Thanks

thank you motts : of course I tried to install from the normal way but this is a newprinter and I saw its number provided on the turboprint site so I downloaded the rpm package and now I don't know what to do with it it is needed to install the package on the PC first I think and I don't know how to do it it is not listed in the rpm list

the miniatures box was not appearing in the task bar so I couldn't see kscd on now I have kscd window on the desk the CD is flashing in Cd reader and my aumix has been adjusted OK but : the indication lecture on the counter doesn't progress ! ! if I pause the flashing light on the CD reader stops so where to check now ? thanks

No, KsCD doesn't even show anywhere to be seen this bug appears also on another PC bought at the same time as mine When I type KsCD in a console I get : "bash: Kscd command not found" so how can I install it ? it has been installed automatically on my older PC at the start of the new PC a warning comes on the screen "ATI radeon IGP Notheast bridge not fully tested" does this mean I have to wait for the next issue of MDK9.1 ? Hi, I downloaded a rpm packet from the turboprint site (www.turboprint.de) in order to install my canon S520 printer and saved it on a iomega ZIP disk Now this packet is not installed what should I do in order to follow the turboprint setup description which follows below ? The following steps should be followed to install TurboPrint on your Linux workstation and to setup your printer. Please follow the same instructions if you want to install TurboPrint as an update over an already installed previous version. Your saved settings will not be deleted. You must be logged in as "root" for the installation process. If you are not logged in as "root", you can temporarily switch to root by entering in the shell window: xhost + su root export DISPLAY=:0.0 The commands "xhost +" (give other users access to the X display) and "export DISPLAY=:0.0" (set the X display environment variable) make sure that programs can open windows on the X display after switching to root. After entering "su root" (switch to root login) please enter the password for root. Installation must be started from a shell window. The installation directory must be made current directory: cd turboprint-1.xx where "xx" stands for the current TurboPrint version, e.g. "1.60".
