Ixthusdan
In case anyone elase might need this, I just built an order in which the customer wanted wireless in his home, using the new "N" stuff from Cisco. (Linksys) The card uses a Broadcom #4329 chip, which of course is the ususal Broadcom headache. The supplied ndiswrapper with Mandriva 2007 will not wok with this card. Go to http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/ and download the newest tarball. I got version 1.28 (Mandriva is using 1.21) Remove all drivers you might have attempted to install, and reinstall them from the command line after modproboing your new ndiswrapper. So: 1. Get a new tarball 2. unpack it with tar -zxvf ndiswrapper-version.tar.gz 3. make dist clean 4. make 5. make install 6. Remove any other ndiswrapper stuff 7. depmod -a 8. modprobe ndiswrapper 9. Get the windows driver and use ndiswrapper -i bcmwl5.inf 10. Now, you can use the MCC gui for the rest. It took me 6 hours to figure this out!!
