Installing mandriva on Acer Aspire 3680

I want to install mandriva on my Acer Aspire 3680, i downloaded the ISO and burned it to the disk as an image file but after i configure the time and keyboard its almost as if its freezing cause nothing happens after that i was wondering if maybe i got a bad download? im also going to install it on my PC after i get it working on my laptop. the thing with the PC is i have a wireless card will that pose as a problem for me? thanks for the help

Possibly. It is more likely you have a bad burn. Try burning a new disk from the iso you downloaded.

Try burning the ISO with ImgBurn- windows app, but it works flawlessly under wine as well. Tick on the "verify" option, so you'll be sure your burned disk has no errors, compared to the ISO image.
