Boot problem (Video related)

OK, I'm sure I've most likely used up my quota of questions today, but I seem to have made things worse.

 

I have an Nvidia GeForce FX 5200

 

I'm providing relevant settings from my current XF86Config file from /etc/X11 as well as my relevant events from my boot log.

Fixed... installed the newest driver from your FTP server and I'm in business.

Yes it is... I've got so many other problems though, I'm close to throwing in the towel... If I could learn this, it would be a GREAT skillset to have, but everytime I fix one thing, I break 2 more... ugh.

 

Right now my USB mouse no longer responds even though I verified necessary entries in XF86Config-4, I'm still having sound problems...
