manmath sahu
Mandy 2009.1 seems me the best release ever. So far I have not faced a single problem. Wireless, bluetooth and almost any device work flawlessly. But I see this error message during shutdown. Configuring wireless regulatory domain nl80211 not found. [FAILED] Plz suggest me how to get rid of this annoying message. Edited June 27, 2009 by manmath sahu
scarecrow
Install wpa_supplicant and, if necessary, force load the nl80211 module (from your /etc/modprobe.preload or wherever you like). BTW I also liked Mandy 2009.1, excluding Gnome 2.26 (but this is not Mandriva's fault, in any case). Edited May 6, 2009 by scarecrow
ffi
I dont think you can get rid of that error unless you buy a wireless cards whose driver supports nl80211 but it is a harmless error...

manmath sahu
Solved: I commented out CRDA_DOMAIN=US in /etc/sysconfig/network and that error message is gone forever. [root@localhost manmath]# nano /etc/sysconfig/network NETWORKING=yes #CRDA_DOMAIN=US
