If you take any other policies like environment or whatever the public and private faces might be different but they can't hide what http server or email server they are using. With a bit of enterprise you can check out their public servers and see ift hey are running IIS/apache and on what. The same with the email server etc. This should allow you to at least tailor your CV and maybe have some questions ready in case they ask you at the interview.
