kilimanjaro
I am trying to install audacity, but when I go to configure it tells me Configure: error: "could not find wx-config: is wxWindows installed? is wx-config in your path?" I have no idea what this means or what to do. Could someone please help?
william
kilimanjaro. Why instead of compiling you don't try to install through rpms (that is much easier), take note of the necessary dependencies (you can try to find them here), install and make audacity works? Also, you can get some help at here if it's necessary. If I'm not wrong wxWindows has to do with GTK libs, check if you have libgtk installed. type in terminalrpm -qa | grep libgtk and see the output. Please, correct me anyone if I'm wrong. Good luck.
