Guest JaseP
If you recall from the SCO suit, one of the things that they claimed companies needed to do was indemnify their customers against possible legal infringement cases. Well HP has called their bluff and in fact done this. What does SCO do in response??? They claim that HP's actions are PROOF that an infringement issue may exist!!! So all their FUD crap about indemnification was a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" trap. Smoke and mirrors, man. Smoke and mirrors. zero0w
I thought everybody knew that  : SCO = Stupid Computer Organization I like the word "may" exist, it's just a bunch of speculators betting on unproven claims, or invalid claims so far it seems.
