miemens
hello. ive been using linux (RH,Mdk,ec.) for a while now but i mainly use it and havent really learned any of the techie stuff other than problems ive had. well anyways ive been running mdk9.1 for about two months with no problems (other than my usb sidewinder) and today my system froze and i did the usual RSEIUB stuff and when it rebooted it got to mounting local filesystems and hung...no failed error or anything i sat and waited like 20 minutes and nothing. so i rebooted again and the same thing happened. does anyone know how to fix this or do i just have to reinstall mdk? i really dont want to have to do that seeing as i have a pretty custom layout that ive just now gotten the way i like it and i really dont want to have to compile a bunch of software again :?
