scarecrow
Kaffeine is for KDE3- or actually there's also a version for KDE4, but it's horribly broken ATM. Simply use vlc from plf (the one from the official repos is a crippo), and install libdvdcss2, libdvdread and libdvdnav as well. Recent mplayer svn snapshots do support DVD menus as well, but not the unpatched last official release.
