yossarian Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 I installed wmii (window manager for X11) from the MCC. I restarted the computer and in the login screen I chose wmii session. After logging in I got the following error notification: Your session only lasted less than 10 seconds. If you have not logged out yourself, this could mean that there is some installation problem or that you may be out of diskapce. Try logging in with one of the failsafe sessions to see if you can fix this problem. Then I was thrown back to the login screen. I have no problem logging in with Gnome, and in ~/.xsession-errors I didn't find anything related to wmii (only Gnome and compiz). Has anyone been able to run wmii on Mandriva?
