Guest Tux234
When in bash and I try to ./configure or ./ a install.sh or .run file it acts like I'm trying to cd somewhere, how can I fix this. Guest Tux234
It gives me this file error: "./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4496-pkg2.run: No such file or directory"
tyme
then either 1) you're not in the directory where the file is or 2) the file does not exist.

bvc
no need to chmod..... sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4496-pkg2.run  I d/k if sh NVIDIA* works...I'll have to try that next time.
aru
I d/k ifsh NVIDIA* works...I'll have to try that next time. It will work only if there is just ONE file in the current directory whose name starts with NVIDIA. If there is more than one, then sh will atempt to read and execute the first alphabetical match using as parameters the next ones... so be careful when using shuch shortcuts ;)
