Guest davporte
On installation Mandriva goes thru the motions then delivers "Video Mode Not Supported" (my monitors internal error). I hit CTRL ALT F1 log in as root, run FXDrake and find a monitor setting that works, drop back to root prompt .... but where to from there ? I am in a shell, and nothing is installed on my partition. I never get the chance to install the system ? I am a NB, but this is driving me mad. Is there any options on the boot loader by hitting F3 that can get me over this hurdle ? The problem with FXdrake is it never sticks as my shell is obviously in RAM and not on the partition I would like to install AAAHHHHH !!!!
