The gstreamer0.10-fluendo package included with Mandriva Linux 2008 Spring Powerpack, which contains Gstreamer codecs for certain proprietary audio and video formats provided by Fluendo, contains a bug which causes it not to work at all. It installs all the codecs to /usr/lib/gstreamer0.10, when they should in fact be in /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10. This may manifest itself, for instance, in Totem prompting you to install extra codecs for a format which ought to be supported by the Fluendo pack.
