Guest Lambchop Posted July 1, 2003 Report Share Posted July 1, 2003 Hi there, I just switched from XP to Linux (So I am a NOOB!) and it got me wondering... Wouldn't it be great to have a linux distribution or a KDE/GNOME program, designed for high-end (gaming) computers, that would be fully 3D, just like in the movies "Jhonny Mnemonic" or "Hackers"? If poeple could keep using thier keyboard and mouse to navigate, i'm sure there would be a market for this concept (if there isn't already). So I am wondering: Does it already exist or has anyone already thought of this idea? If so where can i find more about it? If not, who would be willing to develop such a program or OS?
