Linux_Fan
Recently, I posted a topic about which developement-tool to use for programming in Linux. After the huge responces I decide to use KDevelop. I have MD 8.0, standard with KDE 2.1, but upgraded to KDE 2.2.2. Can I still use the version of KDevelop that was shipped with MD8.0 to write application with a GUI for KDE 2.2.2? If not, what do I need to install additionally? Do I need Qt 3? Or can I easliy write applications with KDevelop with a GUI (for KDE 2.2.2)?
static
I think you should be OK - if you write an app for an older version of KDE, the newer one should understand it pretty well. The only time *some (not all) people had trouble was KDE 2.x apps in KDE 3.x Cheers!
