Guest quakey Posted June 29, 2003 Report Share Posted June 29, 2003 Hi, I had used MDK9.0 for quite a while and the rendering speed in both Galeon and Mozilla were on par with Internet Explorere on Windows and I was very pleased with it. However, in 9.1, I feel a big lag whenever Galeon or Mozilla tries to render a page. It seems to me that it waits until it has received all the page before starting rendering it. iphitus Posted June 30, 2003 Report Share Posted June 30, 2003 Try mozilla firebird It's a lighter mozilla. Taken out Mail, Composer and the Irc client. Other stuff has been changed to speed it up.
