derxen
Hi everyone, I've set up xpdf as helper app in mozilla (1.3.1, in LM9.1). I don't need anything more fancy than that at the moment. It works, but: clicking on a .pdf link will first open a blank mozilla screen, then the download manager, and only then xpdf. Is there a way to get rid of that blank screen? derxen
Germ
I get that sometimes, but I haven't figured it out yet. I'll bet someone here knows.
Michel
Maybe I should suggest of propviding such an option (if it isn't there already), but I'm using mozilla plugger and I place the pdf-window inside mozilla, so when I press back it disappears again...one problem, can't seem to open mor ethan one pdf-window without problems (not real problems), but maybe it's resolved, since I'm using an old version..else I have to suggest that to..:)
derxen
I might give moz plugger a try, but I would still be interested to know why the blank screen appears. It only happens with some helper apps, as Germ says. Not with xmms, for instance. derxen
