Guest Toske Posted March 4, 2008 Report Share Posted March 4, 2008 (edited) Hi again, I'm currently giving a try to Mandriva 2008 on a machine with Asus EAH ATI 2400 Pro graphic card. Problem is that I cannot change screen resolution or switch from virtual console back to graphic environment without colour inversion. I've tried using vesa driver but it behaved in the same way. Now, would there be any way to alter this effect apart from 50MB driver download from ATI, because I'm doomed to a 56K modem connection? There is a proprietary driver for my card, all rolled up with this distribution and it works like charm. I can't set it, though, to work in any greater resolution than 1024x768 but it's still enough for a decent game of Pharaoh.
