He is almost always sitting on IRC in our channel, and you can chat with him directly, if he's awake, just by going into the channel. I strongly advise you to do this, as he can't possibly hit every message board in the world to discover problems that people have. It's not hard to contact him. Just click on the Chat icon up there: Type in your username and log on. You'll be connected to our IRC channel, and you can then ask lgp-michael your question. If he doesn't answer, stick around or leave your email address for him. Either way, he'll get your messages and will respond when he gets back.
