hello.

i have virtual machine installed and it is now coming up in command line screen not kde gui as before. startx errors and says no screens found.

i have an ati radeon that is configured correctly in the native mandriva 2007 environment and boots to kde there.

any suggestions? i'm not too swift at linux yet.

You don't say what virtualisation software you're using. Such software doesn't usually use your actual devices, but virtual devices.

Run XFdrake and configure the virtual devices.
