I just upgraded to Mandriva 2007.0 from 9.1 and everything works except my TV card, an old ATI Rage 128 Pro. When I start xawtv I get

This is xawtv-3.95, running on Linux/i686 (2.6.17-14mdv)

can't open /dev/video0: No such file or directory

v4l-conf had some trouble, trying to continue anyway

v4l2: open /dev/video0: No such file or directory

v4l2: open /dev/video0: No such file or directory

v4l: open /dev/video0: No such file or directory

no video grabber device available

Alternatively, when I try "start_avview", a dialog box opens up to say I should go through the setup, but when I click OK it quits. On the old system I had to install something called "km". From the gatos site, "km is a Linux kernel module that provides Video4linux interface to video capture capabilities of Mach64, Rage128 and Radeon cards." I do not know if I should install it, as I don't know if it will be up to date with whatever version of X is running. But I do not have /dev/video0, or any /dev video. What should I check?

:wall:
