Guest tezca
anybody know what the deal is with ptmp and gtmp files? there copies of /etc/passwd & /etc/group think they have to with the "quota" package I started experimented with quotas and then when I try and add a user either from the shell or mandkr cntl cntr it gives me a " cannont open passwd db cuz ptmp or gtmp exists, so i have to rm the files before I can do this. anybody know if this is default behavior?
