Guest Balajipg
Hello all, I recently installed Mandriva 2007 in my Laptop. i am unable to configure my Wireless card ( Intel 2200BG). The problem starts right from installation of IEEE80211. If I follow the instructions given there i come to a dead end as it says no such folder exists eg : lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/include/Linux/autoconf.h It says there is no build directory available.. And i dont know whether there is a KDE already installed or not. At present i am using the Gnome enviroment. So somebody please help me how to proceed...I am in an urgent requirement of this as for my Ph.D work, I am in need of linux and that too wirless as i will be using my laptop as a mobile node... Thanks & Regards Balaji P.G
Mhn
set up your repositories using easy-urpmi (link at the top of this page), then install package ipw2200 using "install packages" in mandriva control center.
